This review is basically a copy of the ad page.  Why would this get approved

I'm surprised you found only one 😉.
It's been discussed several days ago.  Apparently, there are people
who write reviews for pay to push certain group of girls on top 100 list.
it's also been discussed. There are no way to prove it,  
but I'm sure many will agree with me on this.
Red this board more often you will get an idea...

This concerns me because I have met with that client and no review was posted from our meeting but if one was ever I feel like that could hurt my credibility?  What do you do about that?

I agree completely with you Katrina. I had a good review 9/9 pulled down because I knew I never saw him. Luckily I was alerted to the review by another lady whom he had also falsely reviewed.  He was just trying to gain some credibility by having a review history. I couldn't be a part of that.
