I am just now seeing this thread because i don't normally check the Vegas board.  But, as I said on the general discussion forum, I couldn't be happier.  Love you sis.

Congratulations Heather!  I was thrilled when I heard the news last week and have been anxiously awaiting the official announcement so that I could openly share my joy.  Just wish I could have been the first to post, but I was otherwise occupied with her sister.  

I know how excited she is and TER couldn't have made a better choice.  It's way overdue.  Now I need to make a trip so that we can celebrate your accomplishment together.

I know who I've voting for as Miss TER 2015 (if they do one). In fact there probably doesn't even need to be any voting
