the provider doing BBBJs will always get a higher rating on the reviews, and to be truthful, that would occur with or without the TER guidelines.  I know a provider who for a number of years would only do CBJs.  Recently she decided to do BBBJs - her ratings soared, she has more clients than she can handle at times, and she increased her prices by 50%!  If that doesn't answer your question, nothing will.

Personally, I don't care one way or the other, which I guess puts me in the minority. I don't enjoy a CBJ any less than a BBBJ. I'd rather my providers be safe than sorry and I always defer to their wishes. That way we can be more relaxed and at ease with each other, and thus are also both more likely to have a good time sharing intimate pleasures together.

I think the problem in Las Vegas is that the nearby legal brothels do NOT allow BBBJ at all. A large number of the top providers in town got their start at these bordellos, and many of them continue to practice the strict "no uncovered BJs" policy they learned there. This is their right and it shows a high concern for both their own health & safety and that of their clients. However, and as a result, many of the guys who prefer BBBJs have taken to making a big deal about asking for this service when talking with local independent providers. A few of them unfortunately seem to give unfairly high ratings to the LV ladies who provide BBBJs (and/or unfairly low ones to those who choose not to). This seems especially the case (inflated ratings) for providers who choose to allow the even riskier practice of CIM.

Another factor may be that several Adult Film Stars who escort either live in Las Vegas or make regular visits to work in Sin City. These ladies tend to offer BBBJs more often then not, and many of them also allow CIM (or at the least, Facials). Do you have a schedule for MAy yet?

To me BBBJ is the most important thing for me in a session. Id love to see some ladies, but as soon as I hear CBJ, I put the breaks on and dont see them. I have seen a few and when I reviewd them a CBJ drops the review to no better than about a 7 and that has to be a rocking session that with BBBJ would have maybe been a 10.
