outside of La Femme, the other topless shows are Jubilee! (Bally's), Folies Bergere (Tropicana), Bite (Stratosphere), Fantasy (Luxor), and Crazy Girls (Riviera).  eROCKtica (Rio) and Bareback (Harrah's) just closed over the weekend on short notice, so these types of shows seem to be dying off.

The male revues are Chippendales (Rio), Thunder from Down Under (Excalibur), American Storm (Riviera), Men of Sapphires (Sapphire GC) and Men of Olympus (Olympic Garden GC).

As for annual events, Viva Las Vegas is hosted at the Gold Coast that has a burlesque component.  Miss Exotic World Pageant is probably going to be in Vegas now that the associated museum is planning on moving here.  Adult Entertainment Expo/AVN Awards comes into town in early January.  There's a fan appreciation day when the Gentlemen's Club Owners convention comes to town (around August).
