Is someone else having issues with P411? I tried to log in today but

it says my profile has been temporarily suspended!? I have been a P411 provider since 2015 and never had this message before. Yesterday I logged in to give an okay to an amazing gentleman I saw twice in a week, but now, I am suspended?
I also complete their form to get. more info, but when I click "send" I get the error message " Oops, something went wrong! Please try again!"
yes and it's been a pain had to change my password a couple times!!!
and l didn't received notifications via my personal email so I had to log in every day to see the appointments request. Hope they fix it soon! 🙏🙏🫶
No problems logging in.
I didn't see okay request and didn't respond to it ..so I had to respond to the okay request and I was reinstated..
