I have been to the Fetish fantasy-would love to go again!

Yes it is worth flying out for in my opinion -
It is a popular Halloween event listed in a few magazines as a "don't miss" "must see";)-)
I  enjoyed the music, sexy fun crowd, some really crazy costumes - a very sexy atmosphere !
 Good stage performances

In My Opinion Not Worth It

I remember when the ball took up the entire sports arena at the New Orleans hotel, now its just small and at the hard rock...i honestly do not feel it is worth it for the price of the tickets at all. I have even worked event modeling latex fashion for a local kink store and still did not think it was worth the price of ticket.

As above: vanilla, overrated and pricey .. like most Vegas events

Anything mainstream is never going to be too naughty!
Like most Vegas events it's something for people to brag about having attended, usually the type of people who would never attend such an event in their hometown , who think it's super naughty...they probably attend church Sunday.
If you like people watching it's ok but you're probably better saving yourself a flight and expensive ticket and getting a local provider (or 2) to visit you in leather!

Just kidding, thanks very much, that's all great advice.  I had a feeling it was probably very authentic 10 years ago and now it's probably catering to the widest crowd possible, which is fine except, that's how you get watered down fetish.

And with the new BDSM in public laws in Nevada, it will probably be missing some of the great Bondage displays that were such a turn on.

It's fun if you enjoy checking out a lot of amateurs dressed like they mean it. I took three civies last year who enjoyed checking out all the beautiful bodies .

I'd much rather be in my own personal BDSM while it's going on.

New Public BDSM laws in Nevada.

If you read their website you will see that there can be no BDSM displayed.  That ends the one display that really interests me.  I took 3 civie ladies last year and it was fun watching their eyes pop at all the pretty ladies and guys.  But, it is very vanilla and without the BDSM display, it will be even more so.  
If you like a big party with lots of people dresses like they are into it, go ahead.  
If you are really into the lifestyle, it might be blah.
