...It is a fairly new addition to the criteria in a provider's profile. There is no "Don't Know" option - it is either Yes" or No." When the FC search field was introduced, all providers were listed as "No" until they changed it to "Yes" themselves.

In the thread directly above this one, Holly Davis says she loves the FC, yet her profile said: "female condom - no." As I said there, if I see profiles for two otherwise equal providers, I will see the FC-friendly one every time.
