LPIN (Legal Prostitution In Nevada) is not allowed within Clark County by state statute. The closest legal brothels are in Pahrump, about 60 miles west of Las Vegas via Nevada S.R. 160.
Your only (reasonable) options in Sin City are to either choose an indie, take a chance on an agency (not worth the risk, IMHO), or bite the bullet and make the trip out to Pahrump. Avoid bar girls and streetwalkers like the plague, unless you either want an arrest record or to contract an STD (or even worse, HIV). And don't fall for anything promoted by a street huckster, poster, or pamphlet found on the Strip.
