I'm not a "local" and this is purely speculation:

- If you were looking for locals, Vegas is probably considered a tourist town when it comes to this hobby. Probably one of the only towns where that is the case. I'm sure there are locals that participate, but not anywhere close to the number of tourists.
- You posted on March 31 that you would be there April 2-5. Perhaps this was not enough notice?
- Maybe just a bad weekend?
- You have a LOT of competition in Vegas (again, probably more than anywhere else in the country).

I've found when I've toured Vegas I never get appointments from the locals--it's always guys visiting from out of town. They may not be familiar with TER, but they usually scan Eros.

Well, you asked for opinions, so here's mine.  Just remember, you asked for it!

You have a required minimum 2 hour appointment.  Personally, when I see a girl for the first time, I never schedule more than one hour.  That's just in case we don't, shall we say, "hit it off."  (I've had some bad experiences in the past.)  I like to experience one hour before ever scheduling for more time.

You do not list a contact phone number on your web site.  I don't like scheduling with an out of town girl if contact is by e-mail only.  That can create logistical problems.  I don't always have access to e-mail, and if a girl is away from home, i.e., "on tour" in Las Vegas, she is certainly not always going to have access to e-mail.

Your web site says screening could take "several weeks."  Several weeks!  What's up with that?  Other girls just call another provider I've given as a reference.  

Speaking of screening, the post announcing your trip to Las Vegas said you are a "heavy screener."  Some guys may misinterpret that statement.  You have a misplaced modifier.  Someone may think that those words are describing yourself as both being "heavy" and a "screener."  ("Heavy" being an adjective describing yourself.) It would be better if you said you "screen heavily."  In that case, "heavily" is an adverb describing the way you screen.  (O.K., on this last point I'm being a wise guy, but I couldn't resist.)

As one of the locals in Vegas that hobbies occasionally, I can say without question that the local rates (and this goes for your rates on your website) are much higher than most urban areas of the country.  Consider the per capita income in the area is slightly lower than average and the prevalance of gambling seems to siphon a nice chunk of it away, most locals can't afford to participate in this hobby, at least with the local rates.  If we do manage to save up enough to see someone, it's usually for an hour.  It's not to say that there are some well off people here that can afford to pay the going rate, just that most of those types don't tend to do research to find the good values.  What you tend to find is that the tourists/conventioneers that are coming into town for whatever reason also happen to have some decent disposable income available to them to pay the going rate.  If you want to take the example of a dancer in a local strip club, they might work in their hometown but come into Vegas on the weekends and during the key convention weeks that either bring in a lot of people (raising the chance of a few of them dropping a lot of cash) or a lot of well off people (hoping to entertain a few of those).

To take a specific example, we got BigPoppaPump from AK who comes into town once or twice a year and drops a lot of money each time seeing a handful or two escorts while he's here.  If you take me as a typical local hobbiest, I might feel lucky seeing someone every other month (could probably stretch that to every month if I cut back on other expenses).  And unless I feel I need to see someone visiting from out of town, I'd rather stick with the local talent.
