In my view it's something they tolerate at the hotels that have security check points. When I was in town in December I had a lady friend come up to my room every night.  I just showed them my key and up we went.  It's no big deal.  That was at the Orleans.  Last time I stayed at the Monte Carlo there was no security at the elevators. You might want to go to www.vegas.com and check out some of the hotels there and call and ask if they have security checks at the elevators.  I've never had a problem at any place I've stayed.

Meet your clients in a public area of the casino, probably near the guest elevators.  A lounge, gift shop, whatever.  Then if you feel good about the situation, take him up to your room after showing any security your room key at the guest elevators.

Generally, security is there to make sure that non-guests are not on the guest floors.  They are not there to police the hobby (unless you're a loon and scream out that you're having sex for money to the guards .  As always, make sure you feel comfortable and that your client doesn't seem like LE (it does happen).
