One of the reasons we started doing this as a couple and marketing ourselves was that we heard how hard it was to find straight male escorts. We have researched it ourselves and have found a number of them sprinkled across the states.  

There have been some other sites that list male escorts but they looked kind of sketchy.

Not enough diversity on the other sites in terms of male escorts. They all look cookie cutter, and not all of us are into GQ.
I adore the idea of male escorts, and this is one of my biggest reasons: many women, myself included, have been in awkward social situations when a male escort would have smoothed the atmosphere, or at least given us someone/something to focus on- going to a wedding, HS re-union, etc.
Picking up a stranger is a shit shoot, maybe the bf doesn't wear enough deodorant or, whatever- a professional male escort would have been great in the situation.

have someone set up the site so it's seo optimized- you want the site at the top of the google list when people type "straight male escort"
Figure out who your ideal market is, what they do, advertise there- create your market.
Get to know certain areas where your ideal client frequents (discreet, upscale medi-spa, yay botox!) make friends with the owners, do discreet advertising/WOM, ie word of mouth
Many major cities have hidden "goddess baths" all female bath houses. Find   'em.  
Raise money for charity as your 'male chaperone' agency , charity auctions, etc
They are going to have to go about this a whole different way than female providers if they want to be stacking.
Or, they can advertise on someone elses site, or not put in the work, and just see it as a hobby that every now and then lines their pockets.
