This is weighing in a little late, the weekends nearly over - I would ordinarily second the suggestion of Kat Leggy Beach Babe - only problem is, you wrote just a day or two before going to Orlando - and you need to spend a full week in bed-rest ahead of time before you see Kat. Otherwise, your heart may not have enough strength to make it through an appointment
