when it came to customer service. I saw 9 ladies during that trip, none of them were BDJ ladies. It was not for lack of trying.
I called BDJ 6 times during that span - 4 of them were answered by your bookers. When I asked for whether a particular lady was available, I got the no answer and a quick hangup. I was never given a chance to ask whether other ladies I like were available.
If you girls are so busy with clients that you don't care to drop calls, more power to you. In the meanwhile, there are many other beautiful ladies available with dependable agencies whom I gladly spent my money with.
p.s. Your site need a major overhaul. It was never clear which ladies would serve the S. Florida market. Even though BigDoggie has a strong presence in East Coast, there are many members of TER who are your clients. Neglect them at your peril.

Wonder why?? Only question I got, is Paulina EVER going to come down to SoFla? Does this girl ever take a break from touring?
I started this agency in Florida with the true intentions to do alot of local work. The client base in NY & LI started calling me and asking me to send girls their way, which I did and it snowballed into every other week to every week. I try to keep some of the girls in Florida to see local clients but they all tell me that they don't want incall, don't want to do 1 hour incalls and so on....BDJ is known for the most beautiful girls n the east and I would love for south Forida to see the girls but most of them choose touring because they know many local people and it is easier to work in a city where they are not worried about bumping into people they know.. but there are girls who do see local people, they just don't get requested as much due to the lack of reviews that the girls that tour get.
So you see it is hard because many locals don't review and the girls who get reviews are the girls who tour and those are the girls who get requested locally here in Florida.When girls are new to BDJ they are almost always available in Florida before they tour,if in fact they decide to tour.I will be recruiting some top notch local talent soon to just see the guys in south Florida.
NOW ON THE SUBJECT OF C/S.
I have 2 girls answering the phones and sometimes it is overwhelming for them and the C/S skills lack after a long day or first time callers asking tons of ?'s that are clearly on the site.It does sometimes get overwhelming, even for me and have thick skin and do think of myself and a a hard working tolerating person.Also.. sometimes a girl gets off the phone with a hard client and a good one calls and she does not take the next call in the way she should but not everyone is perfect.
I am glad you brought this to my attention so I can print this post out so the girls can use this as a guideline for good customer service pointers.
I hope I cleared up some appointment request concerns of booking the girls and I will end with this post here on this subject, please feel free to call me if you have any ?'s or email me personally @ [email protected] on any of your concerns or ?'s... thanks so much for bringing that to my attention.

out of towners who enjoyed the good company of your ladies in their home city also want to visit S. Florida to sample more BDJ ladies.
If your website stated that a number of ladies are available in South Florida but clients have a hard time to reach them, it would only turn those clients to other touring agencies who had a strong presence here. In times, they will try to contact touring ladies from those dependable agencies first in their home town.
Shauna, you have worked too hard to let some jaded bookers hurt your business. I hope you will organize your site better and have a schedule page for touring and local ladies. It helps to cut down greatly the endless inquiries which I think contribute to the attitude of the bookers.

I also had a frustrating experience w. BDJ. I purposely stayed a weekend in South Florida after a business trip to try to sample a BDJ girl but to my amzement all were on tour that I wanted to see and I wanted to see 3-4. So I went to Miami Companions and another agency who were more than accomodating with some fine looking women who probably define the term GFE.
Don't waste your time trying to arrange an appt in advance with a BDJ girl unless you happen to be in a city where they are touring. Seems like no one knows exactly where and when a particular girl will be until the last minute.
Well you can always try a former BDJ girl without all the HASSLES of "sorry she is out of town" and the "sorry the girls don't work in their home town" excuses.
Alexandria loves her fellow Floridians and you will get one heck of a time with her! No doubt about it!!! And she at least lists when she is out of town in her ad!
