That's why same day appointments using a reference are dangerous. It may not have been the lady herself but the info on her phone or in her computer being used by LE.  A gentlemen can also be busted and all the unsuspecting ladies don't know so as good providers will also give him a reference. Other provider comes to see LE waiting to arrest them.

Do diligence the best you can but if they really want to get you they'll figure a way. Independent escorts are all peanuts but agency and any way of Feds to connect the dots to Organized Crime and RICO laws are what they really want. I think sometime in the future we will see them use references to make an organized type of case.

It has been done already.  Anyone remember OFC for a few years ago?  They tried using the Tampa area M&G to add on RICO charges.  Granted the case fell apart but LEO has made the effort to jump on a M&G as a way to make arrests.
