I mean the whole thing from Pcola to PCB, is just dead. Any ideas on how we can get more guys and girls to post here? Need to wake things up so maybe clients and providers from other sites will start posting, writing/receiving reviews etc. I have told a few providers to start advertising on TER, but have not really seen them.

You'd think with all the resorts in that area business would be booming year round.  P'cola, Destin, PCB, etc.

Not sure about 'business' because I have not really heavily advertised since I moved, but the amount of posters/providers for the area is slim to none. There are only like 10 total providers for the entire panhandle listed on P411. Yes, seasonal area but the problem is most people who vacation are with their wives and children so seeing a provider is not on the list of things to do lol. Then, off season you have the locals who only want to spend 200 bucks and look on BP vs. TER. It seems to be a BP town, which sucks for everyone. I may start spamming the hell out of girls on BP and tell them to come to TER ha ha.

May be Jesus, Guns and being Conservative is keeping those people in perpetual poverty.   Even if they hobby they would be looking for BBFS as they don't believe in birth control and contraception,    They are all staunch Hobby Lobby fans.

No one passes up a deal that they can't say "no" to - try that and watch it work. It's Not Miami or Vegas - Hell Orlando isn't for that matter. It is, in the simplest of terms, a "business" yes? Requires marketing I would assume? It is a commodity without uniqueness. The really smart ones, the really really successful ones, get that.

You can google all you want and it comes up with the same results.   Jesus, guns, poverty, sub standard incomes and religion!

My comment is directed to your statement they all want bareback.  Do you have a statistical link for that too?

Weren't you supposed to be in Australia by now? You did say April right? And as for your usual America hating drivel, can't you do better than salon.com? How about some Huffpo today? Btw we never heard how your Super Bowl party went. Lined up outside the door right?

There's no point. Everything is political with him. Even though he willingly moved to this country from one far far away and has repeatedly promised to leave, here he remains. Fancy that.

Are you suggesting spending a lot of money to market a rural area, pay above average hotel prices for a Gulf beach hotel you don't get shkieved in, and provide at below market rates?

Yes - Exactly. If you chose that location - and if you want to have a successful experience  - then understand that. Oh yes - now I have a question: Market rates? isn't that actually what my point was? Your rates aren't marketable at those locations - hence .... the problem - or your problem

Not gonna happen. I have never catered to what a market dictates. When I was in New Orleans the market was 250-350... I charged over 8. I don't work in the panhandle unless it's a UTR type thing, because it is too small of a town for me not to eventually run into someone I know. I travel once or twice a month around my regular job, and that's all I need. I did not say business was bad as I really would not know. What I said was TER does not have a dominant force in the panhandle and no one I know is going to resort to advertising or backpage or dropping rates. It's not worth it.

My bad. I didn't realize I was supposed to give away free samples and eat air.  As a business man, would you want to market your wares in a place you'll likely take a loss?  Or would you go anyway, reduce your rates so you could move merchandise and STILL might take a loss? (Because no one ever cancels) BTW, you could be injured or have some other outside factor hinder you while you're on the road. Can you afford the down time for selling your wares at a discount?  A trip to the clinic is more than $60.

Hey babe it goes back to the original question.     Not many in these poverty stricken areas hobby as they are all devout Christians (God, Guns, Glory (poverty really)) and don't believe in birth control and contraception (Hobby Lobby fans).    Go and take a tour of the smoky mountain areas of Tennessee or anywhere in West Virginia, you will find out for yourself.  ( don't go if you are against incest)

Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville and Memphis used to kill, but that was before the sites that housed the areas closed down and the cops started having heavy stings once a damn month. I don't know where you get the idea that freaking Panama City Beach (Spring Break Capital) is all religious, because you're out of your mind. Half the people in the area are on probation for DWI, have no cars, live off of older women and have roommates at the age of 45. Oh, and no one gives a shit about a degree either, so everyone is a bartender, server or hotel/restaurant manager.

For the fella who complained that the south was all Jesus, etc. May I remind him that prostitution is illegal and LE stings are prevalent in all 50 states including New York and California. The US is one of the few countries left where prostitution does not have some sort of legal basis. Illegality of prostitution is rooted in religion and nothing else. So, it is evidently not just the south where Jesus is a big factor. Unlike the north and the west, the south, and especially Florida, does not have many well paying jobs. There is also a huge retirement community in this state where most are just barely getting along financially. Outside of Miami, and in some respects the Tampa/Orlando area, there is not enough purchasing power to sustain an escort who charges as much, in Florida, as she can charge in New York City or Washington DC. That is probably why people, like myself, go to NYC or DC to play around. Because of this factor there also is not a decent quality of escorts available outside of the Miami high roller area. At least this is what I'm seeing. I'm not going to put myself in jeopardy and shell out hard earned money to be with a ghetto female who looks like a tailback on a football team. Unfortunately, unlike NYC and DC, it is difficult to find any really decent looking escorts who are in good shape in most of Florida. Now, this is only my perception. I'm not an expert of all of the escorting that goes on in this state. I do know that the TER reviews do contain some acceptable escorts in Florida. But, they seem to be few and far between. Please accept my apologies to the few decent escorts based in Florida if I have offended.

and as I am sure you will agree there are MANY countries dominated by the church where prostitution is completely legal, just look at virtually EVERY country south of us as an example.

As for a lack of "decent hookers" I would suggest simply looking a little harder, there are plenty of beautiful young women providing services in most metropolitan areas. In some towns you just have to look a little harder is all.
