Love this Club! No problems with Covid restrictions, great selection of girls, mostly from Romania but a few Russians and others. Plenty of rooms and a secluded area right over the italian border. Hope to get back to the club soon.

Do they charge extra if you take a girl to your "overnight stay" hotel room for her?
When I was there, lots of girls. Hotel was great, basic rooms but nice not to have to go anywhere else; Rooms were clean and I was able to find girls that were into what I wanted.

I visited Wellcum one week ago, right at the border with Italy, near Tarvisio. It's a fully fledged german-style FKK. A little extra cash got me bareback Greek with a 23 yo moldavian provider, CIA included (I know, I know, I was feeling adventurous).
Cool part: they have an integrated hotel, so going back to the room is a really short walk and you can get in and out of the sauna at leisure. You can also pay girls to join you in your room after closing time.
Make sure you ask for a non smoking room, if you plan to stay the night

Having said that, if travel to Europe, bringing your CDC vaccination card probably a good idea for good measure. It's very unlikely that they ask for it by now, but given how light it is...
