Ok, so a month in it seems things have changed a little bit, but not that much. It probably depends a great deal on where you go as well. Even though I doubt authorities will find this site, the local forums seem to have reason to be very panicy about reports on where to find bbbj or bbfs, so I'm not going to name clubs by name (I don't have vip membership, so don't bother with pms).
I think I've been to 8 different clubs since july first, none of which are in Hessen (because I'm pretty much done with the spoiled behavior of the tourist princesses). So things could be/ probably are slightly different in Sharks and Oase.
In general I've heard that some clubs have been very strict in telling the girls condoms are now mandatory, while others are not. This means that in some clubs even regulars are now suddenly denied BBBJ, while in others clubs everyone just does BBBJ without thinking about it. It seems it is mostly the bigger and well known clubs that have been strict, but I have also heard some girls were kicked out for trying to get extra money for bbbj. Probably smart to nip that in the bud. Some clubs have also changed doors so they can't be locked from the inside anymore (apparantly that is no longer allowed).
Personally I don't care that much about blow jobs, so I haven't discussed it with any girl before going to the room. With all the girls I've known from before it was business as usual and with the majority of the new girls as well. Really only one girl that reached for a rubber when she was going to give a blowjob.
