Yes - although they have to be discrete about it.  Basically, the same clubs who offered this activity before COVID have continued the tradition.  Most do now charge €10 above the standard rate.  Because of the need for discretion, you don't see spontaneous BJs or full-on sex breaking out in the lounge area.  She can't even touch your plumbing with her hand without protection, if you follow the letter of the law.
