Those agendas have been continually promoted in the US by high status women and low status men, wherein high status women don’t want their husbands (or life support system) out whoring around with other women and low status men don’t want women partaking in prostitution as they view that reducing their potential dating pool of women.

In two words, sadly no. As has been explained to me, a club of this type might get off the ground in Nevada or maybe as an offshore mini-cruise, but keeping them open as a viable business would prove nearly impossible. Corruption/payoffs to commissioners in the case of NV and high business costs in the case of a ship would preclude a cash positive business, and there's always the threat of police seizures/shut-downs.
It would take a progressive, legal-friendly government and much more permissive/hands-off culture to ever enable this, and the US has neither. Germany in a rarity in the world, which while a bummer for us in the US, we can at least fly there on occasion to partake.
And like another poster suggested, conservative winds are currently blowing which doesn't bode well for improvements in this arena any time soon.
I totally agree and yes it is really sad. The BS conservative wind and tea party shit can make USA a place to dread. Actually it is not just in hobbying or mongering. People in diverse area of expertise is leaving the USA for other places such as Europe and Singapore. The whole innovation wind is blowing to Asia. I guess we have lost it in sex innovations too.
I have visited some countries in latin america and I love the open free culture they embrace towards sexuality. In the USA I think a lot is happening behind close doors (every other politician is being caught with their pants down LOL). But in the open it is all about saints and no sinners.

If I recall, there was a Plato's Retreat in New York which was like but no way a match for FKK. It was shut down by the mayor and corrupt police who could not get free "service". I hear there are some illegal underground clubs in Manhattan which are outright dangerous. Case in point. Flip over to the New York board and (right now) the top post is titled "Dont't let New York nightlife swallow you ... thats MY job!". Follow through to her website, and sure enough she's plenty hot, comparable to the FKK girls, but like I said, her price is $400/hr.
The second posting titled "Eastern European Dream Ivanka ..." is basically what you get here for EUR 50/half, including the Eastern European part (ie, common girls here). She wants $500/hr. Also, I haven't been seeing $500 airfares (all-in) from the West Coast of the US to FRA for a while now, and I've done exactly what you're suggesting (you might check my posting history on this board). When the coach airfares start getting north of $700, a quickie tour becomes less cost-effective.
The other problem is that my time is money, too, and 20 hours of flying (at a minimum, add in a connection or three and you're looking at over a day) has a cost as well. It might be easier for you from the East Coast.

The US providers are indeed expensive. I agree that in LA while you can get $160 for HH or $200 for FH but they are beaten to shit jaded women. For gorgeous ones who take care of their body $400 + is the norm but the ones I really like to fuck go for $700/hour which I cant afford. But I wonder why the recession and the current economic crisis conditions havent forced the prices down? Germany and latin america are the places to go.
