Three guys are sitting in a hot tub.  All of a sudden the 1st guy's hip starts making a beeping noise.  The other two guys look at him questioningly and the 1st guy said "Oh, that's just my beeper, I had it implanted in my hip so I'd never miss a message."

 Just then the three began to hear a ringing sound.   The 2nd guy says, "Oh, that's just my cell phone, I had it implanted into my hand, that way I never miss a call."

 The other two guys look impressed and agree that it's convenient.  At this point the 3rs guy excuses himself and goes into the bathroom.  He is feeling quite inferior at this point so he stuffs some toilet paper up his ass and returns to the hot tub.

 He is about to re-enter the tub when the other guys point out that he has toilet paper hanging out of his ass!!  Third guy says, "Oh, I must be getting a fax.".....
