A woman came to see a doctor and said:  "Doctor, I have 7 kids now and I don't want any more.  But I don't want any surgery or pills".
The doctor thought for a moment and said: "go to an asian super market and buy a 100 lbs rice bag, dump the rice out. Every night,  put your two legs in the bag, tighten it before going to bed"
Couple months later, the woman came back and told the doctor: " I am pregnant"
The Doctor asked: "What happened? Did you do what I said?"
The Woman answered: "I did what you told me. But the market didn't sell 100 lbs bag,  I had to buy two 50 lbs bag, one for each leg"
