A husband wife are out celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The husband reached into his pocket, brought out a bracelet and said “Dear, I want you to have this. It belonged to my grandmother.”  
The wife said “How sweet. And I see it’s engraved.” What does it say?” The husband paused for a moment, and then said “Do not resuscitate.”
