Due to the limited amount of time I have in each city, I am asking for either a deposit or pre-payment for everyone. I have two different rates available.  

You can either pre-pay a discounted and nonrefundable amount of:
1.5H/475  
2H/600

Or pay a $150 deposit plus:  
1.5H/550, 400 cash plus 150 deposit  
2H/700, 550 cash plus 150 deposit
