I heard several times on the radio that Dallas PD is planning on cracking down really hard soon. They plan on going as far as confiscating vehicles and posting pictures of people they arrest on the internet. Note that I said arrest not convict.
Is it just me or is that going just a little too far?
Posting photos of people arrested but not yet convicted could lead to problems for DPD. They could easily be sued for a lot of money.
