More prevalent in Europe, certainly and for me religion has very little to do with it. Read what the CDC says about STD stats on men who are uncut and ask any guy today about the torment he goes through if he is uncut... it's simply better to be cut for most people. Most men who are not cut do not know how to properly clean and dry it, which is why you have sooooooo many women who are put off. If 90 percent are gross and only 10 percent are great, what would you prefer to put your mouth on WITHOUT a condom? Just saying. Have to look at this from both sides.

Yes that happens when guys don't clean or don't know how to clean. But if you research the latest in the debate on cut versus uncut, you will see opinion now favoring uncut. In the US too the trend is declining. See link below.
