What is it?  Anything?  10-20%?

With the rates I charge, I don't expect tips. I'm always thoroughly flattered and grateful when I get them, though.

But if you're going to tip, at least 20%

Waiters and Bartenders make $4.25 an hour they need tips.  If the girl makes $100-500 for 1 hour why is a tip expected.  The whole amount paid is tax free, so the girl gets the whole amount.

why do you assume it's tax free? there are some providers who declare income and pay taxes, which they are well advised to for any substantial income.
