Tipping

I always tip.

I just slide it underneath the envelope as I am saying my goodbyes.   I have worked in the service sector and understand what it means.

Are you fellow mongers tipping your provider depending on if with an agency or independent ? Or just not tipping ?

I ALWAYS put something extra in the envelope, place the envelope and as I head to the shower I mention "There is a little extra in there for you." "most" of the time it adds a little more attention. I call it a pre tip...

Majority of men I noticed don’t tip, but the ones that do I am always super grateful! I have a note attached to their number in my phone so I can kind of remember things about them (things they like, fetishes, nick names, quirky things, if they like specific outfits, and especially if they tip!) the guys that do tip I don’t ever clock them at an hour, (unless there is conflicting schedule for myself or if hygienically I find them unappealing). But seriously, a lil tip- even just an extra $20, really shows that you appreciate my time. It makes me feel very gracious and like I said I will add in extra nuanced things for people that are always consistently good to me. Doesn’t even necessarily have to be a tip even, some guys are just incredibly respectful or show interest in me as a human which is always very nice.

I am an independent provider and I’d say tipping us is probably pretty vital bc we are sourcing our own clientele, whereas girls with an agency probably have access to already vetted reliable clients being sent their way without much effort put into marketing and scheduling. But that’s just my speculation.

I'll tip if I have a good connection with the girl and her service is really good. And when I do, it's at the end of the appointment.

I forgot to mention that I will sometimes skip the tip and add something like a $20 panera and $20 Starbucks cards. The thought that counts...

I carry a 2nd envelope.  About 85% of the time as I leave, I mention "Here is a little extra for you."   I don't leave the envelope if It was a sub-par session or I get rushed out of the door.  Of course, if I want to visit again, I leave the 2nd envelope.

I always tip minimum 20% on top of the usual donation.

Sometimes I may tip $ but many times I will bring a gift or two for the lady along the lines of what I think she will like based on her website wish list or things mentioned in our communication. It gets easier to be more personalized after our first meeting. Never go in empty handed gents. Sidebar; I once brought someone a dress and it looked hot on her as she was kind enough to model it for me. I saw it on her in her next photo shoot for her website.  :)
