At present, I just search TER.  A Ter rating is the best advertisement!.  However, I will check Eros for visiting providers.

TER ads are great, RS2K tends to advertise legitimate providers, and I've used backpage successfully but it takes way too much time and skill.  Provider still needs a good website to learn more before deciding.

It seems to me that high quality clients, who don't necessarily do this often, are coming from Eros.  (Keeping in mind I have dropped the bomb.com on premium placements.)  It's the GQ of escort advertising.

TER, Date-Check and RS2K.  I've never felt like I was misled about anyone I've met from any of those sites.  (Although, I never go by just one ad/review/etc.  I always double, triple, quadruple check, any ad/review on any of those sites with the other two or any other sites with information on someone I'm interested in meeting.)

Final decision based on TER reviews

I don't rarely look at Eros. Too much work separating truth from fiction. My two worst experiences originated there. I also don't look at gls. Use p411 backed up by ter almost exclusively. Will glance at Eros on occasion when traveling to see who's where I'm visiting but if I don't know a gal on Eros whose AD catches my eye, I don't waste time trying to vet her.

 Still working on ads for RS2K (Men's Health?  Chicago Mag?) and Gina's Little Secret (Maxim?) so I have no personal knowledge of those.  
   
 I will tell you though, advertising in this business is INSANE.  I've started other businesses and NEVER been in the black for the first 6 months or so.  NEVER.  But this?  I can't push this thing into the red no matter what!  Make sure your ad is as authentically you as possible, think carefully about the one or two categories you want to focus on, and pour as much money in as you can.  It comes back three fold almost instantly.  Really.
