Hey, yall--

Thanks so much for your positive response to my posting!  If I haven't email you yet, I will in just a few minutes. :-)

I'm trying to book a hotel downtown (November 2-5), preferably on or very near Michigan Avenue/Water Tower Place/Oak Street.  I'd like it to be upscale, but not prohibitively expensive.  And most importantly--IT MUST BE ENTERTAINMENT-FRIENDLY.  By that, I mean big enough that you can come and go without too much notice and also, not have a guard-type positioned at the elevators who makes you show your room key to go upstairs.

I'd really appreciate your suggestions!

Love,
Anne

Anne,

Once you get a reply or find out more info could you send it along to me? It will be my first trip as well and curious on the same.

DO NOT STAY AT THE WESTIN ON MICHIGAN AVENUE, there are alot of arrest there for all the visiting ball club's stay there before the game's!! try expedia.com for you do know the area where you want to stay (which is not the best area for what you are looking to do)!!
