These Chicago red light cameras are really getting me down. Just paid a $200 fine for being a fraction of a second late into the intersection. I'm sure I could have found a better way to spend that money.

They have me on camera.... I tried to get out of it but I am the blonde driving the car... LOL
Damn them.... LOL

I'd post the article on here but it has names in it. A holding company was
receiving %25 of the money paid towards those tickets. Your ticket is $200
because after a certain time period when unpaid it doubles. If you would
like the news article let me know or I'll just inbox it to you.

I live on a residential street with a 25 mph speed limit, but until the city put up a stop sign people were zipping by my house at 40 mph.  I put on a dark blue baseball cap, a blue shirt, navy blue slacks, and stood a black fanny pack on my hip with a black hair dryer in my hand and the cord going to the fanny pack.  I would stand next to a tree and point the hair dryer at the cars.  Just about all came to a quick stop.  The police came by saying that they received a complaint about me.  I asked if I was breaking any laws and they said no and joked about how I was scaring people and making them angry. I stopped, but unmarked cars were parked on the street with many tickets being issued.  We got the stop sign.

Now THAT is funny . Fred standing outside with a blow drier in hand cord tucked in back pack. LOL!

I'd do it at night with a red laser pointer aimed at their license plates.
