Agreed! Rosalyn is a fabulous (a review forthcoming) ...and I must say the local Chicago providers can learn a thing or two from their Texas colleagues. I'm sure most hobbyists know the scene in Dallas and Houston make Chicago look like Des Moines, with all due respect to Des Moines, Iowa.
