May 17-20 is better.  26-29 is getting close to Memorial Day vacation and people geting away for long vacations...you will get caught up in traffic and light work days.

Schaumburg or downtown gives you more options in terms of eating and getting out of your room.  O'hare offers relatively little in terms of amenities for you.  Schaumburg is only 8 miles from the airport and is convenient to hobbyists that are north, in the city or west.

Of course, if I had my druthers, I would have you come much further west and keep you to myself!  Make sure you ping me at [email protected] when you decide so I can make it a point to see you!
