We all have seen providers, but has any one seen and can recommend a provider who is currently available, but has no recent reviews and who provides outstanding or great service?

Not at all. Many of us do not write reviews for a varisty of reasons. I have seen several providers who I consider to be great at what they do regatdless of the cost. Was hoping others have had the same experiences and might like to share with the rest of us.
