I spoke with room service, they are working on it.  According to them, if you are using aol or yahoo to access their website... it comes up.  I checked, they are right as I am a yahoo subscriber.  However, some other ISPs are not working.  They suggest that you login to their site from aol or yahoo...  You may want to try.
