and am curious if this will affect how providers will react so far as DFK, etc. Ladies, are you cool with guys sporting beards? Guys, anyone have one and can share how the ladies react? Started growing it two weeks ago. It's a shorter one and although I'd like to keep it, I would consider any negativity from providers . Thanks for your comments.

I think they make a man look so much more distinguished and I love the way it feels on my skin...everywhere.

If you like the way you look with it, I would keep it. Do it for you, don't be concerned about someone else liking it. I've been out of the hobby the last few years, but I've since grown a very short beard. Keep it neat, and I'm sure no one will mind

Years ago there was an article about the best beard groomer, also a barber.  Buy good cutting scissors,brush beard up and trim.  Avoid electric trimmers. I did it and always received compliments on how neat the beard looked. But I was though, quite happy when I finally got rid of it after several years.

I have a friend with a beard that goes to his waistline, you could definitely braid his beard.
