But the weather is erratic. This summer was relatively pleasant, especially along the lakefront, where there is often a cool breeze blowing off the water. Then a day like today (or a week like this week it looks like) hits and we non-acclimated lakefront dwellers really suffer.  

Kids are starting back to school and many schools are not air-conditioned.

Seems like a late July evening rather than one in early September...trust me Fall weather will be here soon enough.

Yes it was super humid this week.

I never ever complain about the heat, because I hate the cold so much!! I'm starting to see some trees changing color, and makes me sad.

Both the summer and the winter are so unpleasant to me, but it is so much easier to go half naked and sweat than to be bundled up. I am not a fan of coats, at all.  

Hopefully, this means a mild winter, but who knows.
