For instance, one used to be able to search for ladies in "Chicago".   Now, it seems to be all lumped together as the "central region" or something like that.  So North Dakota is combined with Illinois; makes a lot of sense.   I may not have spent the time to fully understand it, and am not going to bother.

I don't see the reasoning behind lumping multiple states together - The Midwest is not compacted like the east coast! Which, RS2K for the most part was popular in the Chicago area - Not sure about anywhere else.  

You'd think that one of the new updates would've had categories where you could find a provider who is located in either the burbs or the city. That would've made much more sene.  

Nonetheless, It's really a disservice for those who pay for membership/advertising there. You'd think the new website would be more navigable. Hopefully, Cathy will be making some adjustments soon

I don't like the format at all.  I liked the old format much better where you could see all the profiles in one menu bar.

An absolute disaster.  I do not see how to do a search unless you already know the person's name.  Used to be very easy to find new people, breakdown by categories (Asian, White, AA, etc).  I agree.  Total cluster fuck.  Links from reviews seem to show the same few, sponsored no doubt, providers at the top.  Needs a decent search engine or a return the easy to use format of the past.

Looks bad and functions even, worse no matter what device you are using. A great case of don't fix what ain't broke.

Agreed, I didn't jump on my renewal. I'm sure I'll advertise again but not in a rush to do so.

Their problem has always been that 90% of their business is from Chicago and nearby. It seems the way they're trying to make that less apparent is by changing it into "regions", which is a bad idea.

The whole design is awful. It looks to me like someone there decided that their old design was dated and they tried to optimize it for mobile devices (ipads and stuff), which is what everyone is doing now. Some of those designs are ok, some of them suck. This one is horrible. Instead of the old frames they've gone with clickable menus. They seem to have done away with the travel page, so you can't really see who is visiting from out of town.

I don't like the newer eros design either. Rs2k (or AVS or whatever their new name is) is kind of a cheesy knockoff of that

So where do we go to look? I have a couple of regulars but when they are not available and I have the urge I really don't know where to look other than reading reviews. I don't like Eros either

It is TERRIBLE. Whoever designed it should be fired.

In the last week Ive had two different gentlemen say that couldn't find me on the site.  I just checked, I am on there but you have to know what to click on.  I'm not a fan either and it's affecting my business when people have a hard time finding me on there.  They're giving the top providers more advertising, which I understand but it's also distracting from the other paying providers.

Using TER only these days.  Backpage is mostly losers and cops.  Using the filters on TER to find providers then I read the reviews.  If they are not on TER or if they have sucky reviews I do not even bother with them.  The filters in TER are of a much higher quality than any other similar site, IMHO.  I always find what I am looking for.  TER should be happy about the clusterfuck at RS2K/AVS.  It will drive more traffic to them.

Frustration needs release!

It is not used much where I usually play so I've never really looked at it before, but since I may be in the area off an on in the future--and I thought I'd heard it was used heavily in Chicago--I have looked at it.  

Not surprised people don't like it.  

Not easy to navigate.  Click on a provider 3 pages in and when you hit back to look again it takes you back to the first page.  Links on reviews don't open to the provider--you get the main website link.  I was actually wondering how it could be so popular.

RS2K must have been bought out which can explain the change.  Hate it.
