I started as an agency gal back in college & I prefer to book my own sessions. I hated feeling, like I was being sold as full-service for $200 & having to negotiate the tipping for services it sucks. Agency=pimping you out to get there $
When working for agencies I was almost robbed, rapped, & it was the only time I was busted by LE is when I worked for an agency. Horrible experiences with guys feeling mislead, or ripped off because the are told anything to get the girl over there. They may have some good agency out there, but I would never need to work for an agency because I am fully able to post my own ads, book my own calls, and no 1 is going to care for my safety as much as me!

from your experiences which are better?
I enjoyed the fact that the agency used to do all my grunt work for me such as verification and checking provider references as well as providing a driver and security should I need it. But I think that for a hobbyist, it is much more nit mate to halve the ability to speak on the phone with the provider herself. It gives both parties a sense of knowing each other a little better than having a middleman coordinate the session at hand. Other than that I don't believe there are too many different aspects to speak of but I could be overlooking one or two things...

I had to ask for permission for everything and we would cringe when we would hear the special ringtone cuz it meant fun time was up! So much better to be in charge of myself and having the phone ring now means fun time is just starting!
Don't get me wrong though, I still have mad respect for agencies and all the work they do...

Having been a scheduler and agency girl as well as independent at the same time I was an agency girl,
I've found positive for the men from what they told me to be equally pleasing.
Newer girls who are new and not known will be on an agency board , as the regular clients who frequent will always ask " anyone new"?
Some men want their information listed with just one person . So Agency is more suitable to his discretion. There are also agencies who offer references to independents so your comfort zone is the key to making the choice that best suits you.
Getting to know who you choose to meet with is also another choice you make asking yourself if you
want to have the ease of contacting an independent yourself without a third party .
Experience that meets your comfort is the best choice .
