The attached link says the number I was looking up in Google was used by Police/Sheriff's Dept. in a sting for illegal prostitution. Now it's really funny that about half of the numbers I'm looking up are tagged with this entry. I'm thinking that it may be that Friend Finder is up to no good trying to scare folks away from possible competition while trying to get your money by encouraging you to join them. Inferring that you will be safe by dealing with only the girls with memberships on their site. However I'm not so sure of this that I'm willing to take the chance until I get more info so what do you guys think?

Since the system won't allow me to link the Google Entry I'll put in one of the numbers that gives you the results and you can look for yourself.    347-827-8488

You know those "fake blacklist sites" that want men to pay them to remove their "blacklistings" for a fee?
(For anyone not familiar, no TRUE blacklisting site will enable any man to remove his blacklists, sorry, you get blacklisted, you have to EARN your way back to a good reputation.... At least with any LEGIT blacklist site.)

So now there's these websites, who in reverse, have scoured the BP & other advertisement avenues for providers numbers, and "affiliated them with L.E." and if they want it removed, basically we have to pay a fee or run through a very lengthy procession of circus hoops....

"Friend finder" also was reportedly hacked, I read on another forum (iccky) perhaps the two are one & the same incident.... Maybe the new phishing website needed more victims....
IJS....

That's not the one Drew. The one I was talking about has text talking about the number being used in a sting. It also has a link to the Friend Finder site where you can join up and be absofuckinglutely and posifuckingtively safe from harassment by the po po cause all her BFFs have ads on there too. However when I try to post it the system tells me I can't post any ads from any other review sites.

Didn't Friend Finder get hacked recently?

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if that were true. However I know from experience that FF is another one of those sites that promise free service but then deliver minimal access until you pay for premium membership access. I also don't think that a hacker would post something that would seem to benefit their target. The website basically tells you that the number you just did a Google search on is a number used in a sting and you should join FF to avoid taking chances like that.

Oh well I just wanted to know if anyone else was thinking that strange or had seen this before?

I have no intentions of taking a chance with any of them.
