For me, I think it stemmed from stress and the way I had my body and jaw positioned at climax.  I was cognizant of the awkward position just before the pain hit.  Ibuprofen and Benadryl helped ease the headaches post coitus.  They eventually stopped on their own.

I don't know for certain but I suspect that the females have sex aids such as men have for ED and I know that some drugs like Viagra will cause a headache during or immediately after climax. Is it possible she may be taking something like that?
