From Waaayyy back, funny and campy old song.

There are many that come to mind, but I like how the Eagles did this song...kinda draws you into her seductive witchy ways!!

Monster Mash was good back then, but this one sticks in my memory.

 Several friends and I had finished our four or five hours of trick-or-treating and then around midnight we sneaked into the small town laundromat in Norway, MI.   We put a dime into the jukebox, choose this song, cranked the volume to the max, and ran out leaving the door wide open so her great voice echoed throughout the totally quiet main street.    That was a time when kids could be kids!

This song now reminds me of this hobby of ours, substitute "hour" for "year", and you will get the comparison.  

I just "Sang in the Sunshine" only two days ago with my lovely ATF!

So... Honestly that's the first time I've ever seen that video...  

Does anyone else think that maybe, just maybe he could be Jim Carrey's dad??   Some of those expressions had me thinking it was Jim Carrey... Well, except for the fact the it was in black and white..  

Anyone else see it?  Or am I off to the bourbon races too early on Halloween?

Sure, videos and films from the 60's look a bit odd.  Every generation wants it's own look and customs, and that is great!  However, some things never change!!

It used to be that the kids came up with the mischief. Now, it seems like the perverts that spike the treats with needles and razor blades are the ones up to no good. I guess, it's function of the population growth and stresses that result. The bright side is that the functions available to kids now are fun and safe.
I loved that song btw.
