Rip off

I saw a new provider on twitter who is in the RDU area. She goes by the name Daisy Dallas.

Her website:  https://daisssy4.wixsite.com/website

Her twitter:  https://twitter.com/_daisy_dallas

I didn't see any reviews, but she looked promising so I TOFTT. Communication was good until she asked for a deposit to confirm the date. It wasn't a huge deposit (20%) so I rolled the dice.

Once she got the deposit, she ghosted me.

It's not a huge loss for me. It's the price of hobbying, but I thought I'd let others learn from my experience.  If anything, her scam is pretty stupid. She sets up a website and engages with twitter all so she can make $80.  SMH

Please write a rip off review. I'm thinking you can now have one post without actually meeting her. Sounds like you have a Twitter account so maybe warn other there as well.

Don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch.  There are far more honest ladies in the biz than scammers.

Steph, you sound like a Reviewer:) you’ve mellowed out!

I've never like it when a "lady" in the biz rips off a potential client or client. Makes it hard for the honest ladies in the biz.

Stay around my friend.

Anyone can set up a fake  Twitter account, post a fake picture and go to town!  These type of scams have been reported on other Websites. Easy way to make $$$.  All it takes is one man who falls for this.  I won’t see a provider who requires a deposit! Period!

That you were ripped off by someone who is obviously not reputable.
Makes it really hard for providers who do ask for deposits when you hear stories like this.

I never charge deposit for my time but there are times when I should have due to people having unforseen reasons that make them have to cancel. Most successful people have tight time slots. I have multiple jobs/school so time cancels hurt.

Sorry, this happened to you. I didn't get ripped off but I gave her the cash when I saw her not a deposit. Surprising because I had a decent experience with her. Though when she mentioned CashApp/Venmo I said I was only doing cash. Sorry about that. I haven't heard from her in a while and wasn't planning on repeating but not for any reason other than personal preference.

She was in Chapel Hill. Said she might be moving to Texas someday.
