This looks like an obvious fake review to me. Anybody agree or disagree? How do we get rid of obvious agency self reviews?
...whether this was written by a friend, someone associated with Rachel's, or an actual client (doubtful), it still has no place on TER. It fails to meet many of the guidelines (objectivity) and it provides no details of the encounter.

I am curious as to why you have pointed this out as a fake review? I myself am a referral service owner, but can not figure out why you feel so strongly it is a self review? Is it because he has no other reviews he has done? Is it because it is missing explicit detail? I am just extremely curious... What if he is knew & has never done a review before? Where is he suppose to start? And maybe he is a gentlemen & doesnt like explicit detail? Like I said, I am just extremely curious. Please fill me in on the points of why you all think it might be fake.

Actually, upstatesman pointed it out. I just happen to agree with him. However, I don't consider myself an expert. Just my gut telling me it's not real. My stand (if you'll re-read my post) is that it has no place on TER b/c it failed more than one of the criteria set forth by TER. Number 1: it lacks any objectivity. Number 2: it lacks any real details of the encounter. Being a gentleman and holding out on explicit details doesn't play here. He gave NO details. He simply gushed at how great and beautiful she is. I suspect the review will come down in a few days....

3. no detail
4. reads like an agency fluff piece
5. no other very positive reviews
I know clients who feel uncomfortable writing graphic reviews on what they have done with a provider esp if they still want to see that provider. Some providers feel embarrassed by such reviews. I used to hate it when a guy reviewed me for the first 6 months but I knew it was necessary.
Perhaps now that this guy has a two week view of reviews, he can see what TER hobbyists are looking for and update his review accordingly. I don't doubt that this guy hasn't slept with the provider...he just didn't write the explicit details..He is a gentleman

It seems that reviews by newbies aren't appreciated around here. If I had known this ahead of time I wouldn't have written it. Crazy me, I thought the point of the board was to share your experiences with others in order to help them make their decision. I'm sorry that the powers that be felt the need to remove my review simply because I'm new and didn't list all the point for point details of my encounter. Had they taken the time to read my message they would have noticed that I said it was...my first time using a provider...call me crazy, but I tend to like to have something to compare to before going into a great deal of description.
I can assure you, that it is not a false attempt at a self review. I only last week found out about the company and booked through them. I appologize if anyone feels upset by my review or it breaks any guidlines of this forum. I simply wrote a review based on a good experience I had.
you sound like a newbie too. Don't let upstateman upset you. If there was a bad client list on this board, he would be on it for fraudulant reviews.
I don't see any evidence that the review is bogus.

Apparently upstateman and I were correct. At least I was in that it had no place on TER. The review came down. Perhaps it was a real review, perhaps it was fake. But it definitley didn't meet the criteria set forth by TER, so they took it down. If the guy did actually see her, then he should write another, more objective & more detailed review. All of you slamming upstatemen and myself should realize that we're doing this board a service.
wasn't slamming you...upstateman is a real problem. I wish there was a client review board or a way to warn providers about him. After he did a real nasty review of me --far from objective..I politely emailed him for the date he saw me and he emailed me back a very nasty email calling me a streetwalker, filthy whore and other things. I only see so many people a month and although I don't like bad reviews I can acknowledge the others ones were true including retirenavy. I tried to tell TER my problem and they never took the review down. I do turn men down during the screening process and I believe he was one. He never shows any class in any emails to me or on this thread...
