If you're like me, you love to cook.  Well, here's some advice: don't ever cut jalapeño, ghost, or Peter peppers and then go to the bathroom without thoroughly washing your hands.  

Try some Dawn dish liquid, hope you feel better!

That's good advice, the "hot" is an oil.

And ran the cutting board under some steaming hot water.
