Okay so I have been trying to see my reviews do I have to have VIP membership?
Once you have submitted two reviews and they become accepted, you become VIP for a month and can read all the posted reviews in the Reviews section. To see if your reviews have been accepted, go to "My Reviews" and they will have a little "submitted" or "accepted" next to them.
If you submitted two reviews and they haven't been posted in the Reviews section, check the "My Reviews", you may find one was rejected for some reason.
Searching Giannas, no reviews come up, so if there are reviews of you here, they are listed under another name.

Hi Gianna. There is a link in the upper right corner called "self help center". Click on that and you'll see a number of topics, including "some info for providers". If you click on that you'll find a step by step explanation of how to set up your account to see your reviews.
