Just a lil tidbit of info I thought I'd pass along. Some of you know that I have been on a personal health journey over this past year. (down exactly 50 lbs as of 0430 today). As of late I've become sofa king of water. So,  I've been sampling all kinds of fruit juices. Typically, I am not a fan of juice. Imo McDonald's diet coke is the nectar of the Gods. But alas, I cannot drink soda regularly. Soooooo, I came across this cranberry/pineapple juice made by ocean spray. It's  good for you and it promotes tasty little swimmers. Also very low in calories and carbs. A pleasant change from water.

Wasn't that part of your program too? I'm thinking it would be a fun snow day project to come up with a Pokemon of you. Oh the special powers ....
My memory of Pokemon's mechanics are a bit hazy, but good things cum to you when you level-up, don't they?

Red head problem #356  I get wicked hives from frosty air. But yes, the higher you go the greater the game. I've been tossing around the idea of pole dancing lessons as a new means of fun and exercise. The gym is just so boring. Maybe some African dancing. I'll look like that kid in "Can't Buy Me Love"  😂

First, congratulations on the weight loss. That is a great achievement.

My favorite low calorie (almost zero) is ice tea with lemon (or a little lemonade). Green tea too.
