Basically any but the worst and most unfriendly providers now describe themselves at "GFE.""SPINNER" A spinner is supposed to be a girl who is unusually petite and thin. Instead it is used by pretty much any provider who isn't very tall or unattractively overweight. And even by some who are.
"BOMBSHELL" I have no idea what this is supposed to mean, but it's by far the most common descriptor on Backpage. Every other girl describes herself as a "bombshell" of one kind or another.
"HIGHLY REVIEWED" Grammar alert. "WELL REVIEWED" is what you're trying to say.
"HAWAIIAN" This one cracks me up. There sure are an awful lot of "Hawaiian" providers out there. Far more than the population of Hawaii would justify. And that's because the term is used regularly by girls who are Chinese, Thai, Hispanic or even black, in an attempt to seem more exotic. (Plus, "Polynesian" would be the more appropriate word.)

I'm surprised no one brought up "unrushed" yet, I am amazed how many girls in the area are unrushed, and how few of them I seem to be able to find
