Yes...

Super convenient place to stay. Walkway (interior) directly to the airport. Restaurant, bar, coffee shop, pool. It's a good airport hotel.

can you walk to logan

yes - it takes you right into terminal A. If you need to get to one of the other terminals you can walk but it can be quite a walk.
