I avoid all woman with enhanced breast, even though they may have outstanding ratings.  

It just seems to me that they're just so obvious and 98% are just too damn big. The look and feel of a fake breast on a naked woman  just turns me off.  I just love natural breasts, even if the woman is flat.

I'd like to see men weigh in on this topic, so I can get a better idea of what their thoughts are.

On the other hand, I know a gal whom I had seen for years and adored her perfect natural, or so I thought, C cups.  Which, by the way, I had sucked milk from after a pregnancy of hers.

One day I was at her house and saw a photo of her in a bikini taken many years before when she was a teen.  I looked at the photo, then looked at her and with a sheepish grin she admitted:  Yup, they're fake.

I swear I could not tell the difference.

So, as long as they get a good boob job, it's not a problem for me

I think for me I have to go with natural but I will say enhanced is fine as well. I find beauty in both!
Mines are natural and I love them, I think I actually love them to much! Ohh the beauty of being a woman.

When I look at profiles one of the first things I look at are "implants, yes or no," then breast size. I prefer natural and I prefer smaller.

I rock naturals myself but some of the most beautiful and sexy ladies I've met have had enhanced ones. If you think about it, makeup is an enhancement too. So's lingerie, and we can't live without either of those things, right?

Just make sure you get it under the muscle to keep it soft!!!!!!!

D's and DD's are simply too heavy and get in the way.  

And a nice derriere is a wonderful complement to those A's or B's.

No such thing. At least I have yet to find a pair that I would consider too big.

Sometimes I'm in the mood for a little spinner with small, pretty b-cups.  Other times I want big, hard, fake titties to play with, other times big REAL soft boobies.

I'm with you: natural beauty. When I meet a provider, I request that she not wear makeup, or at least wear naturally looking makeup. I also request that she not wear any jewelry.  

I was very sad when my ATF got breast implants. I kept seeing her, but otherwise I try very hard to avoid fake breasts.

For me, a woman would have to be exceptionally pretty for me to select her if she has implants. They just do not look or feel the same. I don't like breast reduction either. Usually if a woman doesn't have a large rack she has a body that matches her breasts. There is nothing wrong with a spinner for example with smaller breasts. Better that than fake ones that feel like basketballs.

One note for women who have had a mastectomy - that changes things because there is no natural breast tissue there so the implants look more natural. I just do not want to offend or discourage someone who gets them for that reason.
