Aleksandra Ray started a wonderful thread on BJs and quite enjoyed reading y'all responses, but not many ladies chimed in (sadly), but one thing I omitted and don't recall anyone mentioning was rhythm.

Teeth, no teeth; sloppy, deep, tongue, facial, swallow, BLS, rimming, nails, tease and denial (sounds so Catholic), check, check check ...

But for me the most important thing is when I'm ready to come is for the lady (or my right hand) to maintain the rhythm that got me to the point of exploding. For me any deviation or change of pace is a buzz kill. So ladies, if I'm shooting a load of battery acid down your throat(jk), please don't change the speed or rhythm if you care at all about me (tongue in cheek?)

The OP is saying: once you realize your particular rhythm is bringing him to the threshold of ejaculation, continue that exact same rhythm through to the end of ejaculation.  

In other words, don't take the start of ejaculation as a cue to suddenly get creative with the rhythm. Too may women do that, and it really detracts from the experience.  
 
I agree with you that once he has finished ejaculating, pull off gracefully and refrain from touching.

The best way to assure a great and consistent rhythm (for either partner) is to communicate.   Nothing like an assuring "yes, yes, yes" when things are going swimmingly!   It assures that both he and she are on the same page, and then bingo when you cum, it's all about a transition to the "AFTER.".  Here YMMV And it depends on your partners preference.   Some ladies prefer a "what do you not understand about so not touch".   Others want a bit of gentle massage.   Same thing with the guy.
